This Report is a summary of the workshop “The Legal framework for the Media in Tunisia: How could it be further enhanced?”, held in Tunis on 5 March 2015. The workshop was organised by the Association Vigilance for Democracy and the Civic State. The workshop, which notably addressed the regulation of the broadcasting sector and the right to information, was attended by Tunisian and international expert participants. The report is in Arabic, but it contains the full remarks given by several speakers in French and English.
