منذ قيام الثورة عام 2011، شهدت وسائل الإعلام في تونس تغييرات جذرية. فقد نجحت في المرور من محتوى متشابه ومحدود، إلى خط بعيد عن النظام، وبالتالي توفير انتاج متنوع. كما يشهد الإطار القانوني ومؤسسات الدولة المنظمة للقطاع عدة اصلاحات. والأهم من ذلك، بات في استطاعة الصحافيين خوض تجربة الصحافة السياسية.
