يسهل على متابع حال حقوق الإنسان في مصر أن يرى الفترة منذ منتصف عام 2013 وحتى اليوم كوحدة واحدة يحكمها توجه أساسي للسلطة في مصر ولا يطرأ عليها تغيرات جذرية من عام إلى آخر.
ومع أن مثل تلك الرؤية قد تكون صحيحة في حكمها على موقف السلطة من حقوق الإنسان بصفة عامة فإنها قد تغفل حقيقة أن انعكاس هذا الموقف...
